How much does it cost?

Just $1 per day, paid weekly. Cancel whenever you like.

How do I access my plan?

Via the My Meal Plans app for iOS and Android. After you sign up, we'll email you a direct link along with your login details.

Is my plan really unique?

Yes! Our propriety algorithm compares tens of thousands of variations during the creation of a plan. It finds the perfect combination to match your preferences against your desired goals. That's how we can hit a calorie and macro target every time with such precision. For a human being to follow the same process to create one of our plans would take thousands of hours of work.

How often is my plan updated?

Your first plan is created right after you sign up. After that, you'll receive a new plan every Friday. We'll let you know by email when it's ready!

As your weight, goals or preferences change over time, your plan will dynamically change, too. This makes sure you're always on track.

Can I set my own calorie and macro targets?

Yes, you can set your own calorie target at any time in your settings. Alternatively, if you leave this blank, we'll calculate your calorie target for you based on your metrics and goals.

Setting your own macro target is as easy as choosing 'Custom Plan' from your settings, then moving the sliders to set your desired split of fats, carbs and protein.
